Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at azmras2@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to send your package to: Printful Inc., 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition received, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at azmras2@gmail.com.
