Refund & Return Policy

Love Power A P & P LLC creates all products on demand through our production partner, Printful. Each item is custom-printed specifically for you when you place your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Because every item is printed on demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mystorelovepower.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
